Job purpose:
As a Training Lead you will be responsible for leading training and development. Youll also be involved in the project management of all aspects of our training including design development and delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITIL (IT Service Management) as well as an understanding of agile methodologies.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of training planning design and delivery processes tools techniques and methodologies attendance management (scheduling advancement etc.)rewards and recognition systems wellness and retention strategies
- Experience with change management processes and the change management policies affecting your organization or project.
- Knowledge of how to prepare conduct and deliver training using a variety of learning technologies including interactive courses screenbased training and whiteboard content.
- Skills assessment to identify baseline skills
- Training infrastructure assessment
- Training and performance support plan
- Support management of the design develop /customize training materials for virtual and facetoface learning
- Support management of the design develop/customize digital materials
- Support the preparation and test training environment and training platform
- Partner with local learning leaders to schedule training
- Upskill trainer and performance support personnel
- Ensure training evaluations take place and monitor training effectiveness and attendance
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business IT or related field required
- 10 years experience of L&D
