Our client is seeking a dynamic Technical Business Analyst who combines strong analytical abilities with hands-on experience in SQL and software development. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical tech-driven solutions. Youll play a key role in streamlining processes supporting development teams and ensuring successful delivery of system enhancements and projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Engage with business users to identify and document system requirements and improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications that developers can implement.
Use SQL to extract analyze and validate data for business insights and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with software developers during design and development phases to ensure business alignment.
Assist in testing new features ensuring they meet user expectations before rollout.
Document processes systems and user guides to support adoption and future maintenance.
Coordinate efforts across departments and track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
Relevant IT Degree or Diploma.
4 years of experience in business analysis.
2 years of hands-on experience with SQL (queries stored procedures performance optimization).
Proven experience in software development or database administration.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proficiency with SQL Server and relational databases.
Familiarity with C# or similar languages.
Understanding of API integrations and data modeling.
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams.
