Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional IT support to store and office users addressing hardware software POS and network issues with a strong service orientation.
- Proactively monitor and maintain endpoints networks (antivirus patches system updates) and servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Lead the installation configuration and support of desktops laptops POS terminals and printers across various locations.
- Manage user accounts email access and permissions ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Play a key role in IT infrastructure projects including new store setups system upgrades and the rollout of digital solutions.
- Maintain and update essential IT documentation such as network diagrams asset registers and IT policies (cybersecurity disaster recovery backups).
- Collaborate with external service providers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of IT issues and project delivery.
- Assist in the IT procurement process from gathering quotes to maintaining an accurate asset register and monitoring equipment lifecycle.
