Duties:- Ensure operational efficiency revenue maximization and strict compliance with dealership policies
- Implement and optimize processes for a positive customer service experience
- Lead the service team to maintain high morale and productivity
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction for increased retention and referrals
- Monitor warranty activity and compliance with policies
- Recruit motivate and develop service technicians
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training opportunities
- Build strong relationships with top customers through visits and proactive communication
- Enforce safety regulations and equipment maintenance protocols
Requirements:- Minimum of two years experience as a BMW automotive service manager
- Knowledge of automotive technology and repair services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workshop software
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and understand workshop manuals
- Valid drivers license
