Job Description
Litigation and Conveyancing Lawyer - Roodepoort
Our client a well-established law firm situated in Roodepoort is seeking an experienced and qualified Litigation and Conveyancing Attorney to join their dynamic high pressured and fast paced practice
Responsibilities and Duties.
- Handle property transfers and all related conveyancing tasks
- Manage and litigate disputes related to conveyancing
- Provide legal advice to clients on property law matters
- Liaise with clients banks and the Deeds Office
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on property matters.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- LLB Degree
- Qualified Conveyancer
- Admitted Attorney with valid right of appearance
- Proven experience in conveyancing transactions
- Strong track record in litigating conveyancing-related disputes
- Deed office processes at the Deeds Office
- Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines.
