Job Description
- Open and manage a dedicated NSA bank account for NSF allocations.
- Oversee receipt use and reconciliation of funds.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Maintain audit-ready financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PFMA and relevant financial policies.
- Present financials to NSA Committees and external auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent (postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Registered with SAICA CIMA or similar.
- Minimum 5 years experience in public sector financial management.
- Proven track record in financial reporting and audit preparation.
- Strong knowledge of PFMA GRAP and National Treasury regulations.
