Job Description
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and support site managers and operational staff across warehousing and cleaning services. Foster a positive work culture provide coaching and drive team performance.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across multiple sites ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to contract requirements. Oversee warehouse activities and cleaning schedules to maintain operational excellence.
- Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for key clients ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded. Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback or issues proactively.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Conduct regular audits to maintain a safe environment for employees and clients.
- Budget & Cost Management: Manage regional budgets control operational expenses and optimize profitability. Monitor resource usage to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting: Implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery. Compile performance reports analyze key metrics and present findings to senior leadership.
- Quality Control: Ensure high standards in warehousing and cleaning services. Perform site inspections and audits regularly to uphold service quality.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address operational challenges swiftly ensuring minimal disruption and efficient resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma
- Proven experience in a Regional Manager Key Accounts Manager or senior operations role
- Strong background in warehousing and/or cleaning services preferably across multiple sites
- Demonstrated experience in team management leadership and staff development
- Sound understanding of operational procedures health and safety standards and quality assurance
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and meeting financial targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- proactive problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operational software
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing operations across multiple regions or locations
- Familiarity with best practices and emerging trends in warehousing and cleaning services
