Job Description
- Translate complex business requirements into clear concise and well-defined technical specifications.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into feasible solutions.
- Create user stories acceptance criteria and process diagrams to document functionalities and workflows.
- Analyse and understand existing systems and identify potential integration points for new features.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of technical specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure solutions meet user requirements.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in the banking industry.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Technical Feature Analyst Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies preferably Agile principles.
- Experience with solutioning and creating process diagrams.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with web application development and integrations between front-end and back-end systems.
- Understanding of the banking industry and its regulations.
3+ years of experience as a Technical Feature Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, preferably Agile principles.
