Job Description
Our graduate programme aims to attract passionate and creative talent that displays potential in growing their brand to become a well-rounded leader with a variety of soft and technical skills. Your learning journey will be supported through several rotations where you will be exposed to the end-to-end life lifecycle of brand and marketing campaigns across the Business & Commercial Banking this includes above the line marketing digital marketing media buying research internal & external communication client coverage marketing and client experience & events.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing planning with various teams business stakeholders and internal marketing teams.
- Campaign briefing planning and creative/media agency collaborations.
- Conduct website and social media audits for the purposes of driving website traffic increasing share of voice and optimizing client experience.
- Evaluate creative content aligning it with BCB Marketing brand purpose.
- Analyse data and insights to develop strategies that will contribute to business growth client experience and brand strength.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree or Honours Degree in;
- Marketing Studies

- Media Studies
Additional Information :
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be under 30 years of age
- Maximum of two years work experience
- Minimum of 65% average over all years of study
