About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Market Intelligence Coordinator to join our Sales Enablement team. This role is key to improving the efficiency accuracy and performance of our global sales organisation by delivering high-impact data insights and reporting. You ll transform complex datasets into strategic intelligence enabling informed decisions that drive growth and profitability.
Joining this role you will own and execute reporting processes analyse industry trends maintain master data integrity and support key commercial decisions across multiple international markets.
Key Performance Outputs
- Master Data Management Maintain and update sales-related master data in the ERP system to ensure accurate real-time views across sales territories.
- Sales Reporting Automation Design and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports that improve accessibility and efficiency.
- Weekly Sales Intelligence Vet generate and distribute key reports including revenue breakdowns SKU-level reports and fulfilment tracking.
- Quarterly & Annual Grower Reports Compile grower performance summaries including incentive data sales performance and returns.
- Exco & Board Reporting Deliver high-level sales insights for leadership reviews and decision-making.
- Market Trend Analysis Track and analyse market conditions price movements and competitor performance across global regions.
- Price Intelligence Reporting Use platforms like Agronometrics and retailer scraping tools to track pricing trends and support territory planning.
- Budget & Sales Planning Support Coordinate the annual budgeting cycle by sharing historical data importing plans and vetting final outputs.
- Sales Process Insight Identify bottlenecks and resource constraints by analysing internal sales processes and performance metrics.
Requirements
Qualification/Experience
- Suitable tertiary qualification / bachelor s degree in business Data Analytics Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar position
Functional/Technical
- Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Excellent e-mail etiquette
- Knowledge of CRM software advantageous
- Proficiency in Excel Tableau and Jira advantageous
- Familiarity with ERP systems and master data management processes
