Your Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement national and local market access strategies.
- Identify key stakeholders and drive effective engagement across all relevant areas.
- Shape pricing strategies to meet local needs and lead negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory trends that may impact patient access.
- Support local data generation strategies aligned with access goals.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through recruitment coaching and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and legal requirements.
Your Background
- Degree in business life sciences or health economics.
- 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry ideally in market access.
- Experience managing people is a plus.
- Proven success delivering access strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare and reimbursement landscape at both national and regional levels.
Your Skills
- Confident leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to translate scientific data into clear impactful messages for a range of audiences.
- Strong communicator who builds trust and alignment across teams.
- Strategic thinker with sharp analytical skills and business insight.
- Fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
