Job Description
- Administer and maintain all IT infrastructure and systems to ensure performance reliability and security.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft and Linux servers and applications.
- Administer LAN infrastructure including switches and firewalls.
- Oversee WAN links and liaise with WAN partners; monitor usage and optimise connectivity.
- Implement and manage information security systems including endpoint protection and antivirus solutions.
- Manage VoIP devices and PABX systems.
- Maintain and update IT governance and compliance processes following ITIL standards with accurate documentation (network diagrams process flows etc.).
- Provide technical input during the design and transition of IT systems through the project lifecycle.
- Take full ownership of IT incident management processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MCP MCSE or MCITP
- A and N
- CCNA certification
- ITIL certification
- Matric Certificate
Required Experience:
- 35 years of experience in IT system administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Solid networking skills (routing VLANs QoS and firewalls)
- Strong knowledge of information security (endpoint protection IPS etc.)
- Deep understanding of IT operations and best practices
