Job Description
Duties will include:
- Delivering a seamless end-to-end client experience through strong relationship building high-value engagements and strategic consultation
- Taking full ownership of the assigned client base including onboarding product training and ongoing client success across multiple channels (in-person telephonic digital)
- Analysing client data to enhance product usage drive change management and identify opportunities for growth and retention
- Recording detailed CRM notes and all client queries on the SD platform
- Collaborating with New Business Consultants to ensure regional growth profitable conversion and long-term client satisfaction
- National Senior Certificate (Matric); a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred
- 5 years client service experience in both the healthcare and information technology sectors
- 2 years training clients on software products
- 2 years upselling products and services to existing clients
- Sound knowledge of the South African private medical industry and medical practices is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in English; strong communication negotiation and change management skills essential
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage plan effectively and collaborate within a high-performance team
