Position : Content Creator/Graphic Designer
Work Hours (Client) : 9am - 5pm EST 4-6 hour overlap Mon - Fri
Pay Range : $1500 - $2500 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : South Africa Philippines Latin America or Any Region
Work Location : REMOTE

We are seeking a creative driven and boundary-pushing Content Creator/Graphic Designer to help shape the look and feel of our growing brand. Whether its designing engaging visuals for social media creating videos that connect with our community or dreaming up unconventional ideas that break through the clutter youll be a key player in bringing our brand to life.
This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who wants to grow with a fast-paced mission-driven healthcare company. This role is also ideal for someone with hands-on experience in AI generated video content creation and a strong understanding of paid search social and website content strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Youll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through engaging high-converting visual content across multiple digital channels.
- Conceptualize and design compelling visual content across all media platforms (digital print video social) with heavy usage of AI-generating applications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan content aligned with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Optimize video and visual content for performance across different channels and formats (YouTube Meta TikTok etc.).
- Stay current with trends in AI video creation tools and digital marketing best practices.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure all assets are cohesive and meet brand standards.
- Utilize applications like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Indesign Premier Pro) Canva Capcut or similar.
- Organize and manage projects to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Encourage and coordinate participation from team members for social media content.
- Support additional marketing initiatives as needed with a flexible can-do mindset.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as all roles will involve collaboration with the US-based team (accent is acceptable)
Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
Industry: Retail or Healthcare (preferred)
- Proven experience creating marketing content using AI video tools (e.g. Synthesia Pictory Runway HeyGen etc.).
- Background in digital marketing content creation or video production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
- Design portfolio that shows range originality and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) AI content creation tools Canva
- Experience in video production and editing (Premiere Pro CapCut or similar tools)
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Positive collaborative energy and a passion for thinking outside the box
- Self-starter attitude with an eagerness to grow learn and make an impact
- Understanding of US culture and humor (for content creation purposes)
