Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in design Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- 7 years proven experience in both product design and business analysis roles.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma Sketch) Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence) and analytical tools (e.g. SQL Excel). Jira experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles journey mapping and persona development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear actionable insights.
User-Centered Design:
- Conduct user research to gather insights into user behaviors and needs.
- Develop wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs that enhance user experience.
- Create journey maps and develop detailed user personas to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with user expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that align with business goals.
Business Analysis:
- Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into well-defined Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria facilitating effective communication with development teams.
- Utilize JIRA to manage and prioritize the product backlog ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to ensure timely and quality delivery of features.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between design development and business teams to ensure cohesive product development.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives and deliverables.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
