Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for the Boilermaker Foreman to be based in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Legally appointed under 2.14.1 and 2.13.12 of the Mine Health and Safety Act
- Drive the effective implementation and compliance with Mine Health Safety and Environmental Code of Practice (COP) company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide hands-on supervision and conduct daily over-inspections of team activities to ensure high safety and performance standards.
- Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance ensuring all statutory inspections are carried out on time and in full compliance.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between operational teams supervisors and clients to support smooth execution of tasks and maintain alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Qualified Boilermaker / Plater Trade Certificate
- Engineering Foreman Certificate
- 5 years experience as a Foreman in the mining industry
