Omni Interlocken Hotel is seeking a Crew Foreman to join our outstanding Grounds Crew Maintenance team! This vital role will work closely with the Superintendent of Golf to successfully execute all operations relating to the Grounds Crew Maintenance department resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will ensure that all the Grounds are looking pristine for the Members Guests and Owners of the hotel according to Omnis Standards and that all of Omnis professional standards are upheld.
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who love contributing to a winning team. If you have Grounds Crew Maintenance experience in a hotel or similar environment we would love to speak with you about this role.
Salary range for this position (based on experience): $23.00/hour.Full Time Associates at Omni Interlocken Resort are entitled to elect the following benefits: Medical Dental Vision and other healthcare benefits Paid Maternity Leave 401k and Paid Time Off Accrual. Omni Interlocken Resort reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeingmaintenance activities associated with resort grounds areas includingweeding pest control and care of all interior and exterior plant life.
- Plans directs and organizesGrounds staff in landscape installation and maintenance procedures toensure high quality presentation of the resorts public areas.
- Develops work schedules work assignments and inspects ongoing and completed projects to ensure qualitystandards are met.
- Directs and establishesguidelines for weed control program.
- Oversees training andcertification of grounds crew.
- Participates in development ofannual business plan and maintains financial controls within scope of responsibility.
- Makes purchasing decisions and ordersproducts to assure grounds has necessary tools to perform their function.
- Conducts daily walk-thru andmeetings to ensure grounds condition is maintained at appropriate levels.
- Ensure staff receives appropriatesafety training.
- Expected to be on site during allsnow events unless excused by Director of Grounds Maintenance.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to stand up to 60 minutes per hour worked.
- Must be able to walk climb bend/stoop overhead reach hand/eye coordination arm/hand movement up to 30 minutes per hour worked.
- Must be able to lift over 40 pounds horizontal overhead floor to waist grasping/holding pushing/pulling and carrying.
