Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a reliable and proactive full-time on-site IT Support Technician to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and supporting both hardware and software systems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware software networking and system issues
- Install configure and maintain desktop computers laptops printers cellphones and other peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with operating systems applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) and network connectivity
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to systems and software
- Set up new user accounts email addresses and access permissions
- Assist in managing inventory of IT assets and procurement of hardware/software when required
Requirements:
- 3 years IT support experience (hardware & software)
- Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office & basic networking
- Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Familiar with auction platforms & CRM systems (advantageous)
- Professional well-spoken & detail-oriented
- Service-driven independent & reliable
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Own Transport & Drivers License Required
Salary: Dependent on experience Negotiable
Work Hours: Monday Friday 08:00 16:30 - Standby on Saturdays - if staff are working and there are problems.
