Job Description
Job Overview:
The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing telephonic customer sales and service quoting on products processing and invoicing orders and providing support to external sales representatives. This is a technical sales support role ideally suited to a candidate with prior experience in the pumps or related mechanical industry.
Education:

Grade 12 (Matric) Essential

Post Grade 12 Technical Diploma Advantageous
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years in the pumps or related industry

Minimum 2 years in sales
-
Experience with E1 JDE or SAP Advantageous
Skills and Attributes:
-
Excellent telephone communication skills

Strong product knowledge in pumps or similar technical items

Ability to multitask prioritise and work under pressure

Accurate detail-oriented and process-driven

Team player with a service-driven attitude
