We are looking for an experienced and reliable Desktop Support IT Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 3 4 years of hands-on experience providing desktop and end-user support across hardware software and networking environments. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations by diagnosing and resolving technical issues maintaining equipment and supporting users both in person and remotely.
Requirements
3 4 years of experience in a desktop or IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 Office 365 and Active Directory.
Experience with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g. Freshservice Zendesk ServiceNow).
Understanding of hardware troubleshooting for desktops laptops and peripherals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
