Job Description
- Manage the full financial cycle: budgeting forecasting monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow projections working capital and financing needs.
- Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure compliance with IFRS and CT Exchange/REIT reporting standards.
- Monitor property-level performance and asset returns.
- Support investor relations and capital raise activities with financial inputs.
- Liaise with operations property and leasing teams to align finance and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
Requirements
- CA(SA) with 2 years relevant experience
- Strong grasp of IFRS REIT frameworks and South African tax regulations.
- Proficiency in sophisticated financial modelling and ERP/accounting systems.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to mentor and manage junior finance staff.
