Job Description
Introduction
A new role for a Java Developer with Springboot and Groovy experience has been made available do you want to be part of passionate Software Development team. This is a great opportunity where youll be involved in making a real difference.
Youll work on cutting edge technologies and will be involved in every step of the development process giving you plenty of opportunity to show off your coding skills while also making a significant impact.
Duties & Responsibilities
What you need to be part of the team:
- 6 years commercial Java development experience.
- Independent go getter
Technology stack:
- They work with a modern and diverse technology stack to deliver high-quality solutions
- Their core technologies include Groovy and Java for programming with Micronaut and Spring Boot as our primary application frameworks
- They use Gorm and Hibernate for persistence and rely on MySQL as our main database. For web-based user interfaces we utilize Vaadin
- In addition their technology stack features Activiti for workflow management Micronaut and JAX-RS for microservices and Electron for cross-platform development
- They ensure secure operations with Apache Shiro and manage queue processing through Apache ActiveMQ Artemis
- Other tools in their stack include MongoDB for document storage Jasper Reports for reporting and Apache Velocity as our template engine
- They also use SWAGGER for API documentation
- Their development environment follows Agile Kanban methodology with continuous delivery using Jenkins for builds IntelliJ as our IDE Bitbucket GIT for source control and Gradle for build configuration
- They stay connected through Slack and Google and manage our development cycle with Jira
