Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote (South Africa supporting Australian time zone UTC8)
Employment Type: Contractor (30 40 hours per week)
Salary: USD $1000 $2000 per month (based on experience) performance incentives

About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in South Africa to support operations in the Australian market. This role is essential for driving outbound sales outreach and generating qualified leads enabling account managers to focus on relationship-building and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls email campaigns and social selling via platforms like LinkedIn
- Research and qualify leads based on the ideal customer profile
- Set appointments and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to account managers
- Support quote preparation for transactional orders when needed
- Keep CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) updated with all activity
- Report on outreach performance and contribute to continuous improvement
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting sales appointment setting or customer service
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience working remotely with a home office setup and reliable power backup
- Familiarity with CRM tools Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred
- High attention to detail self-motivated and able to work independently
Nice-to-Have
- Background in full-cycle sales or SDR-specific roles
- Experience with B2B sales in industries such as furniture education or similar sectors
- Prior experience working with Australian clients or in the AEST time zone
Work Setup & Support
- Must have a home office with backup power and fast internet
- A company laptop will be provided
- Thorough training process including SOPs and process walkthroughs will be provided as part of the candidate onboarding process
