Essence of the job:
Our clients are looking for an enthusiastic and specialized Snr Commercial Manager to join theirdynamic team.
We are seeking a candidate who can ensure that all projects are managed to maximize profitability and revenue while maintaining contractual entitlement and utilizing sound business systems. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated capable of operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment and able to take decisive actions.
We are looking for someone who is detailed-oriented organized and a team player with a proven track record of delivering results in high-pressure situations.
Qualification:
BSc Hons. degree in engineering construction management or quantity surveying.
Minimum Requirements:
10 years post graduate experience with the Construction Industry.
Buildsmart System Experience.
In depth knowledge and understanding of Construction Computer Software (CCS).
FIDIC.
Sound knowledge of standard contract documents and specifications.
SACQSP Professional registration.
Experience in leading design build /EPC projects.
Experience in Business development and strategic planning.
Commercial and business risk analysis.
Project Finance structuring.
