Our client is a leading industrial company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Drive business development efforts through lead generation customer engagement and acquisition of new clients following a structured sales methodology.
Conduct regular customer visits for both service and sales purposes maintaining thorough reporting on activities goals and performance.
Proactively identify customer needs and market gaps; craft tailored effective solutions to address client-specific challenges.
Manage and retain existing accounts by continuously enhancing service efficiency and client satisfaction via data review and follow-up actions.
Deliver hands-on technical services including water chemistry testing equipment calibration system inspection and minor equipment repairs.
Partner with internal technical teams on site audits water analyses troubleshooting installation assistance and post-sales support.
Complete all assigned technical and sales training programs (both in-person and online modules) within the required timelines.
A Bachelors degree is essential; preference given to majors in engineering (chemical mechanical environmental) or sciences (biology chemistry).
Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales with a proven track record in after-sales service and client relationship management.
Ideal candidates will have 3 4 years of relevant experience in water treatment hygiene or environmental health & safety industries.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
Willingness to work in industrial environments involving exposure to noise and chemicals.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset able to work independently with limited supervision.
Adaptable and open to flexible work schedules as needed.
