Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Manage core HR functions such as talent acquisition attendance tracking payroll processing and social insurance administration.
Oversee administrative operations including procurement activities and coordination with external vendors or service providers.
Assist in planning and executing internal engagement programs employee activities and company-wide events.
Track internal expense payments prepare related documentation and ensure efficient asset and document management.
Take on additional duties as delegated by direct supervisors or management.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Law Economics or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or admin roles.
Proficiency in Chinese across all four language skills (equivalent to HSK4 HSK5 level).
Organized detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
High sense of responsibility and reliability in task execution.
