Support the Supply Chain Manager in planning coordinating and optimizing end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement logistics inventory & warehouse management and vendor relations. The role ensures efficient operations cost reduction and compliance with organizational goals.
Key responsibility
1. Procurement Management Vendor & Supplier Relations
- Assist in sourcing negotiating and contracting with suppliers/vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance (quality delivery cost) and maintain relationships.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement strategies.
- Communicating with vendors and suppliers regarding orders delivery schedules and potential issues.
2. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages/excess stock.
- Implement inventory control measures (e.g. ABC analysis JIT).
- Ensure accurate stock records and coordinate audits.
- Tracking inventory levels forecasting future needs and ensuring adequate stock availability.
3. Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics (transportation customs warehousing).
- Facilitating the delivery of goods from suppliers to customers and working with third-party logistics providers.
- Optimize routes and freight costs for timely deliveries.
- Resolve logistics issues (delays damages compliance).
- Experience in working with forwarders for customs clearance.
- Work with 3PLs to arrange shipments clear customs deliver to customers
- Processing orders overseeing the order cycle and coordinating with warehouses.
- Support sales for stock checking sourcing placing orders and arranging Goods Delivery.
- Liaise with THE SELLER for shipping documents including packing list delivery report CO re-export certificate of manufacture CO/CQ customer clearance invoice
- Liaise with local forwarders to make delivery arrangements to customers nationwide.
- Liaise with dealers for shipping documents including packing list delivery report CO re-export certificate of manufacture CO/CQ customer clearance invoice
- Prepare documents for processing the Licenses.
- Check & manage service contracts. File shipping documents including shipping arrival and original documents.
- Check & provide the serial number of machines for sale.
- Prepare and provide the delivery documents to customers.
4. Process Improvement
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies.
- Support digital transformation (ERP automation tools).
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and industry best practices.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with production sales and finance teams to align SCM with business needs.
- Assist in demand forecasting and supply planning.
- Liaising with the Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices as necessary for the business with the supplier.
- Provide Accounting with the original documents for the payment process.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Producing operational reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data for process improvements.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
- 5 7 years in supply chain roles (procurement logistics inventory).
- Experience with ERP systems and analytics tools.
Skills:
- Good negotiation skill in dealing with internal and external stakeholders: customers 3PL vendors Regional Partners Sales Finance
- Strong negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/SCM software
- Leadership and communication abilities.
