Our client is a top-notch IT services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Design and uphold the infrastructure framework for software systems ensuring they are scalable efficient and sustainable over time.
Interpret technical needs from both internal teams and external clients and craft solutions that support strategic business objectives.
Structure and refine database architectures to deliver high performance and support growth in production settings.
Develop systems that meet stringent security requirements while optimizing for high performance in large-scale environments.
Collaborate with development DevOps and relevant stakeholders to ensure cohesive system architecture and smooth implementation.
Continuously assess existing technical setups and implement improvements to drive system effectiveness and long-term success.
Ensure that system designs support scalability and are easy to maintain and evolve.
Research and adopt innovative technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and technologically advanced.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years in software development with at least 3 years serving as a Solution Architect.
Strong command of JavaScript and solid experience working with both front-end and back-end frameworks.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with:
Software design patterns
Writing clean maintainable code that adheres to coding standards
Conducting code reviews and performing code refactoring
Implementing unit testing using mocking libraries and ensuring good code coverage
Capable of leading technical support initiatives and delivering internal training.
Highly detail-oriented motivated and goal-focused.
Preferred Experience / Additional Skills (a plus):
Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) systems and microservices-based architecture.
Hands-on experience with technologies like GraphQL PostgreSQL MongoDB and ElasticSearch.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of system monitoring tools and time-series databases like StatsD InfluxDB or Graphite.
Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitLab Azure DevOps Bamboo Bitbucket or other similar tools.
Exposure to major cloud service providers including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
Strong English proficiency including the ability to read and comprehend technical documentation and communicate effectively.
