Job Description

Job Summary:

The AI Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and compliance systems. This role involves designing AI system architecture translating regulatory requirements into structured logic building data pipelines and fine-tuning models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML particularly in NLP and compliance and be comfortable working across both strategic architecture and hands-on prompt engineering.
Location: Richmond Virginia United States.
Responsibilities:

- Design AI system architecture including agentic framework and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) logic.
- Translate regulatory requirements into structured prompts decision trees and rule-based logic.
- Build data pipelines and fine-tune models for regulatory document processing and permit drafting.
Required Skills & Certifications:

- 8 years of experience in AI/ML solutions architecture with a focus on NLP and compliance systems.
- Proficiency in tools like LangChain OpenAI/Azure AI and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone FAISS).
- Strong ability to work across both strategic architecture and hands-on prompt engineering.
