Job Description
By joining our team you will receive guidance from the Facility Team and contribute to the success of all facility-related activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and supports visitors. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure the working environment is always in good condition.
- Manage inventories and ensure pantry supplies are consistently available.
- Support the procurement of stationery office supplies etc.
- Prepare payment requests.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and organization of files and documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned when required.
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate or graduate from a university majoring in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Result-oriented eager to learn and possess good communication skills.
- Able to join the internship at least 4 days per week.
- Good English skills.
