Our client is a top-notch company specialized in consumer goods who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute trade marketing activities such as promotional programs in-store policies sales incentives product sampling and brand visibility initiatives aimed at boosting sales expanding market reach and supporting quarterly/annual new product launches.
Prepare and analyze inventory and market reports to identify challenges related to warehouse stock and assist the Sales team in resolving market issues through actionable solutions.
Plan execute and manage periodic marketing campaigns and merchandising activities (e.g. stamps posters signage hangers promotional gifts etc.) across both Modern Trade and General Trade channels to strengthen brand awareness and ensure the timely accurate and effective delivery of marketing materials.
Handle additional responsibilities as delegated by management.
Bachelors degree in Economics or Marketing; prior experience in the FMCG sector is highly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Basic proficiency in English communication.
Strong abilities in data synthesis market analysis and research.
Proficient in planning and project management.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Capable of managing coaching and training team members.
Energetic enthusiastic and dedicated to assigned tasks.
Growth mindset and willingness to travel for business purposes.
