Our client is a company specialized in media who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Business Strategy Development
Formulate short-term and long-term business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify market directions and propose strategies to attract and expand potential customer base.
Sales Team Leadership & Management
Lead and support the sales team including team leaders and sales staff to meet assigned revenue KPIs.
Oversee recruitment training and continuous skill development of sales personnel.
Customer Relationship Management
Design and implement customer care programs to strengthen relationships with key strategic clients.
Resolve customer-related issues and provide support to help achieve business objectives.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations and Finance departments to ensure overall business effectiveness.
Reporting & Performance Evaluation
Provide regular business performance reports to the COO and executive management.
Monitor business outcomes and propose corrective actions to enhance results.
Bachelor s degree or higher with at least 7 years of experience in a senior sales/business management role.
Proven track record in managing a large sales team (over 20 members).
Strong market insight and business analysis capabilities.
Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under high pressure with strong commitment and dedication.
Candidates with an extensive network in media and advertising industries are highly preferred.
Competitive base salary plus commission and year-end bonus (equivalent to 1 6 months salary).
