Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile Processes:
- Guide teams in adopting and consistently applying Agile methodologies.
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Infuse technical expertise to incorporate DevOps principles seamlessly into Agile processes.
User Story Management:
- Translate user story wish lists into actionable tasks emphasizing a technical understanding.
- Ensure user stories are welldefined prioritized and align with overall project objectives.
Status Sequence Management:
- Implement and maintain a robust status sequence leveraging handson DevOps experience.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and address impediments hindering team productivity.
Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that integrates DevOps practices.
- Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops with a focus on technical enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master with a strong technical background.
- Relevant IT Degree.
- Strong understanding of user story management and status sequencing.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CSM CSPO) would be advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and frameworks with a focus on technical implementations.
- Ability to translate user stories into actionable tasks emphasizing technical considerations.
- Handson experience in maintaining effective status sequences.
- Strong problemsolving and facilitation skills with an understanding of DevOps principles.
