Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- B Com. or related B Degree (Business Management Logistics or Transport)
- Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience.
- Experience in logistics and business software systems
- Project Management qualification or relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Executes the implementation of key strategic projects in the warehouse
- Tracks and monitors performance and productivity measures identify gaps and develops solutions to address the gaps
- Identify and exercise operational efficiency improvement opportunities
- Ensures standard processes are implemented and cookbooks are updated
- Ensure standardization of productivity measures across all operations
- Support the implementation and improvement of various systems processes resourcing and capability
- Engage with and support the regions in implementation of initiatives.
- Support regional management in problem solving to improve operational effectiveness
- Share operational best practices across the supply chain
- Manages collaboration across the value chain
- Ensures benefits are derived for projects and value capture initiatives
