Payroll Administrator
Location: Edenvale
Job Purpose:
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for all employees. This includes ensuring accurate calculations compliance with tax laws and handling relevant queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure all tax benefits and deductions are properly applied.
- Manage records and updates for employee leaves overtime and deductions.
- Prepare and submit reports related to payroll.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant tax laws.
- Assist in audits related to payroll matters.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma in Bookkeeping or Payroll will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in payroll administration.
- Experience working with payroll with multiple clients
- Knowledge of payroll systems and VIP/Pastel/SAGE essential
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
