Senior Desktop Engineer 8 Month Contract
Requirements:
- Extensive technical expertise in desktop support systems administration and troubleshooting covering a wide range of hardware software and network environments.
- Indepth knowledge of operating systems (Windows macOS Linux) and expertise in enterpriselevel IT infrastructure security protocols and advanced troubleshooting.
- The ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision often leading projects or teams.
- Leadership experience potentially supervising junior and intermediate engineers mentoring staff and contributing to strategic IT decisions.
- Experience in system deployment maintenance and optimization including largescale installations and configurations across multiple systems.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients stakeholders and internal teams as well as the ability to document and report on system performance and issues.
- Project management skills to oversee IT initiatives desktop upgrades and other tech projects.
