Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proven ability to work with crossfunctional team
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for analyzing complex business problems creating solutions and delivering recommendations to management.
- Works closely with crossfunctional teams to identify business requirements develop strategies and drive improvements in processes and operations.
- Is expected to lead and mentor other business analysts providing guidance and support in their professional development.
