Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute endtoend UX design processes for complex projects.
- Conduct indepth user research persona development and usability testing.
- Create highfidelity wireframes interactive prototypes and visually stunning designs.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams providing mentorship to junior designers.
- Drive the evolution of design systems and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends tools and emerging technologies in UX design.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Senior UX Designer.
- Bachelors degree in UX Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
- Extensive portfolio showcasing a variety of UX design projects across industries.
- Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD and others.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with experience guiding junior designers.
- Exceptional problemsolving communication and collaboration abilities.
