Job Description
About The Role:
This internship is part of an exciting project focused on creating next-level user experiences for our SaaS platform. As our UX Designer youll dive into real user behaviours explore the latest design trends and apply human-centred design thinking to tackle complex usability and technical challenges.
Working alongside our team youll be mapping detailed user journeys building and refining high-fidelity prototypes and helping share what great looks like in our product experience.
This role will initially be a 10-week contract full time (dates flexible) however there is potential for the intern position to roll onto part-time work after this period.
You will be responsible for:
- Working closely with team members and stakeholders to research map out processes and create detailed prototypes
- Assist in conducting user research including surveys user interviews and usability testing maintaining and updating findings documentation
- Collaborating with our team to deliver outstanding user experience and create wireframes prototypes and user flows
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques
- Stay updated with the latest UX design trends and best practices
What you will bring:
- UX Design experience in relevant qualification
- Experience with design tools such as Figma
- Strong desire to learn new tools on the job
- Familiarity with front-end development and software development principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Can-do attitude passion for problem-solving and great communication skills
- A love of working in a collaborative environment and bouncing ideas around
