Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Mathematics Statistics Actuarial Science or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proven expertise in data analysis including data cleaning statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen ability to identify trends and outliers in data.
- Effective communication skills including the ability to convey datadriven insights clearly and persuasively.
- Commercial awareness and a deep understanding of how data impacts business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and to take on leadership responsibilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel Python R) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Apply your extensive data analysis skills to process clean and interpret data from various sources to uncover valuable insights and trends.
- Insight Generation: Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights that support datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
- Change Catalyst: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to implement datadriven changes and improvements directly contributing to the organizations growth and success.
- Analytical Skills: Utilize and further develop your analytical and quantitative skills to tackle challenging data analysis tasks.
- Commercial Effectiveness: Ensure that your data analysis aligns with and enhances the commercial effectiveness of their projects.
- DetailOriented DecisionMaking: Maintain a strong attention to detail when making datadriven decisions ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Teamwork and Leadership: Collaborate effectively with colleagues sharing your insights and taking on leadership responsibilities as needed.
