Job Description
HR Manager
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- HR Diploma/Degree (advantageous)
- Honours degree (advantageous)
Responsibilities:
- Consulting with executive and departmental managers
- Ensuring compliance with standards and legislation relating to employee rights training and equal opportunity
- Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures
- Establishing and managing budgets controlling expenditure and ensuring efficient use of resources
- Overseeing internal training and related programmes
- Overseeing the development and implementation of management information systems (MIS)
- Planning and organising negotiations and procedures for determining wage structures and levels and consulting with employees on conditions of employment
- Planning and organising procedures for recruitment training promotion transfer and dismissal of staff
- Planning directing and coordinating employees and industrial relations activities with other members of management and executive
- Representing the organisation in dealings with outside organisations
- Managing the daytoday operations of the Human Resource department including the development implementation and administration of human resources policies procedures and programs
