Job Description

Key purpose:

The MS Engineer L2 will be responsible for the planning implementation and execution of daily/weekly/monthly tasks that ensures that all client environments are well managed supported and in line with agreed service level metrics. The focus will be on SharePoint development as a SaaS solution however deep understand of all the Office 365 services is essential. The role will require in depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management solutions with specific reference to Azure and OKTA.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Complies to all mandated policies laws and audit requirements
  • Operates and environment that is efficient optimized standardized and secure with the latest security patches and relevant access control measures in place.
  • Operates an environment that is reliable and stable
  • Incident Management
  • Service Request Management
  • Capacity Management
  • Availability Management
  • Continuity Management
  • Life Cycle Management
  • Recommend a minimum of two improvements within are of responsibility per financial year
  • Projects are delivered on time within budget and meets or exceeds customer quality expectations.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelors degree in information system (3 Years)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate (3 Years)
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (3 years)
  • OKTA Identity and Access Management Administrator (3 years)
