Job Description
Key purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of complex projects and manage relationships with key clients. The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully managing largescale projects and teams and the ability to communicate effectively with clients stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of complex projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the clients satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Define project scopes goals and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Create and maintain project plans timelines and budgets ensuring they are accurate and uptodate
- Provide leadership to project teams ensuring they are focused on achieving project goals and delivering highquality results
- Identify and manage project risks and issues ensuring they are escalated and resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams clients and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resources ensuring they are allocated and managed effectively
- Ensure project documentation is accurate complete and uptodate
- Provide regular project status reports to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelors degree in business engineering or related field ( MBA or equivalent is advantageous)
- 8 years of experience in project management preferably in a clientfacing role
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and crossfunctional teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Experience managing budgets and resources
- Proficient in project management tools and software
