A prominent player in the life insurance sector is seeking a Senior Actuarial Reporting Specialist to join its actuarial team. Job Description:
Lead and support the production of actuarial valuations for regulatory statutory and internal reporting purposes
Prepare and review actuarial reports including IFRS 17 SAM and embedded value reporting
Ensure the accuracy integrity and timeliness of financial results assumptions and methodologies
Collaborate across finance risk and product teams to provide actuarial insights that inform strategic decisions
Contribute to the improvement of models systems and processes for enhanced reporting efficiency
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a highperformance culture within the actuarial function
Skills & Experience:
Strong technical knowledge of reserving embedded value IFRS 17 and capital regulatory frameworks (e.g. SAM)
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
Proficient in actuarial software (e.g. Prophet SQL R or Python advantageous)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadlinedriven environment
Qualification:
Nearly or newly qualified actuary with 5 years of relevant experience in life insurance actuarial reporting
