As a Sales Development Representative youll play a key role in helping Jiffjaffs clients grow by booking qualified appointments with decisionmakers in target industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting via calls LinkedIn and email
- Booking qualified meetings and handing over to Account Executives
- Using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage leads and pipeline
- Achieving 20 qualified meetings per month
- Contributing directly to client revenue through quality lead generation
Compensation & Commission:
- Base Salary: R25000 R30000 p.m.
- Commission: 20 ( R350) per qualified appointment
- OnTarget Earnings (OTE):
Base R300000 p.a.
Commission R84000 p.a.
Total R384000 p.a. - Uncapped Commission: The more you deliver the more you earn!
