Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative youll play a key role in helping Jiffjaffs clients grow by booking qualified appointments with decisionmakers in target industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting via calls LinkedIn and email
  • Booking qualified meetings and handing over to Account Executives
  • Using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage leads and pipeline
  • Achieving 20 qualified meetings per month
  • Contributing directly to client revenue through quality lead generation

Compensation & Commission:

  • Base Salary: R25000 R30000 p.m.
  • Commission: 20 ( R350) per qualified appointment
  • OnTarget Earnings (OTE):
    Base R300000 p.a.
    Commission R84000 p.a.
    Total R384000 p.a.
  • Uncapped Commission: The more you deliver the more you earn!

What to Prepare for the Interview:

  • Examples of previous B2B sales or lead generation success
  • Your process for outreach: How do you structure emails LinkedIn messages or cold calls
  • Experience using CRMs and outbound sales tools
  • Metrics: Appointments booked targets met/exceeded pipeline managed
  • Communication skills how you build rapport and qualify prospects
  • Enthusiasm for working with UK clients and growing in international SaaS or tech sales
