DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities within the target market.
- Manage a high volume of calls (cold and warm) and emails as part of daily outreach activities
- Explore new sales prospects manage negotiations and secure new business agreements.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers through proactive outreach via calls virtual meetings and written proposals.
- Contribute to the development of new solutions and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Consistently achieve performance goals and key metrics while maximizing results.
- Handle account administration data entry and record keeping with accuracy
- Maintain data quality at all times
- Use a consultative solution-selling approach on all sales calls
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Additional language skills such as German Italian Romanian Hungarian Polish or other European language considered a strong asset.
- Previous experience in sales call center or customer-facing roles with a focus on upselling is required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Goal-oriented mindset with accountability for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Confident personable and skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall computer skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a group setting.
- Access to a professional remote working environment with reliable high-speed internet is essential.

- Genuine interest in supporting clients with impactful media and advertising solutions.

- Availability to work Monday to Thursday 8:30AM-5PM Fridays 8:30AM-4PM.
