We are hiring a Client Success & Engagement Specialist to support the onboarding of eye care professionals into our Patient Engage platform. This is a new role that will sit within the Sales division. You will be the first point of contact for newly referred practices guiding them through the campaign setup process and ensuring a smooth supportive experience.
This role is ideal for someone with a warm engaging personality a high tolerance for repetition and a talent for spotting opportunities during conversations.
Conduct 5 daily onboarding calls via video with referred eye doctors
Use a provided call script (with flexibility to personalize)
Guide practices through the setup of their vendorsponsored reactivation campaign
Coordinate with the EHR integration team to ensure technical alignment
Lead short followup calls to monitor campaign progress and maintain momentum
Track client status notes and next steps in the CRM system
Flag upsell opportunities and collaborate with leadership on next steps
Deliver a consistent positive experience that makes clients feel seen and supported
2 years experience in client onboarding customer success or account coordination
CRM experience (Go High Level is a plus)
Excellent verbal communication and video call etiquette
Comfortable with a high volume of repetitive structured interactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in healthcare or optometry is an advantage
100% Remote (Work from anywhere)
