Join our dynamic Headhunters recruitment team as a Recruitment Administrator and Resourcer where youll play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes and identifying top talent for our clients.
This role is based in Port Elizabeth.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Administrator and Resourcer youll work closely with our consultants to provide essential administrative support while actively sourcing candidates across multiple channels.
Youll be the engine behind our recruitment processensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team including scheduling interviews updating databases and preparing documentation.
- Write and post engaging job advertisements across job boards and social media.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Liaise with candidates and clients to provide updates and ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
- Assist in maintaining compliance and ensuring accurate records (e.g. right-to-work checks GDPR).
What Were Looking For:
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Previous experience in recruitment HR or a fast-paced administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- A proactive mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail is non negotiable.
- Must be a team player!
