- Manage financial performance including budgeting cost control and resource allocation.
- Drive census development initiatives to ensure long-term growth and sustainability.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven leadership as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Licensure: Active Kansas Administrators License.
