A high-growth digital business is looking for a Head of Performance to lead strategy and execution across paid media channels. This is a senior-level opportunity for a digital leader with strong analytical acumen a deep understanding of performance marketing and the ability to drive ROI at scale. Youll oversee a multi-channel paid media portfolio lead a high-performing team and directly influence revenue growth through data-driven strategy and execution.
Define and drive the paid media strategy across Google Meta and other relevant platforms
Manage a team of performance marketers ensuring campaigns meet or exceed ROI targets
Analyse performance data across campaigns and channels to inform optimisation decisions
Partner with creative content and product teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
Report on campaign performance insights and growth opportunities to senior stakeholders
Manage media budgets effectively ensuring efficient spend and high return
Stay ahead of digital trends platform updates and performance best practices
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Minimum 5 years experience in digital performance marketing with a focus on paid media
Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing paid campaigns across Google and Meta
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate into strategic action
Demonstrable experience in team leadership and stakeholder engagement
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (CPA ROAS CTR etc.) and optimisation tactics
Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Business Suite and marketing automation platforms
Ability to manage large budgets and forecast performance effectively
